Please be advised that our cancellation policy is designed to be as accommodating as possible while also ensuring that we can manage our excursions efficiently. If you or any member of your party cancels on the day of the excursion and you have only paid the deposit, please understand that this deposit is non refundable on same day cancelations. In the event that full payment has been made prior to the day of the excursion, and a same day cancellation occurs, you will forfeit the payment corresponding to the guest who has canceled. However, we understand that unforeseen health issues can arise, and in such cases, we offer a compassionate refund policy. Should the cancellation be due to health-related concerns, we will issue a refund for the deposit or full payment of the guest affected, provided that we receive an official letter from the cruise ship’s doctor as valid proof of the health issue. Our goal is to ensure a fair and empathetic approach to unexpected situations while maintaining the integrity of our scheduling and operations.
4How will I find you on our arrival before the excursion day?

MEETING INSTRUCTIONS:

Meeting time will be 1 hour after disembarkation doors are open (If you booked private you can disembark earlier or later. We are there as soon as your ship docks). You will head to the port exit gate. Once there, look for the ISLAND BUDDY TOURS sign.

 

MAHOGANY BAY
When you disembark the ship, head towards the duty-free shop. Walk through, then walk up the hill and make a left towards the taxi parking lot. Once there, make a left towards the port exit gate. Walk up the hill and we will be waiting for you with the ISLAND BUDDY TOURS sign. If you feel you cannot walk up the hill to get to the exit gate, you can take a taxi for $2 per person to where we are waiting for you. Just let the taxi driver know you booked with ISLAND BUDDY TOURS and they will take you where we are. Please do not go with anyone that is not wearing an ISLAND BUDDY TOURS.

 

PORT OF ROATAN (COXEN HOLE)
When you disembark the ship, head to the shopping area, and make a right under the double stairway. You will find the independent tour operator section. They will aggressively try to sell an excursion, just tell them you are already booked with ROATAN BUDDY TOURS. Once you are at the end of this section, make a left and then a right towards port exit gate #1. We will be waiting across the street with the ISLAND BUDDY TOURS sing. Please do not go with anyone that is not wearing an island buddy tours shirt. Once you disembark, you will head to the port’s exit gate and look for the ISLAND BUDDY signs. Meeting time is 45 minutes after disembarkation doors are open.
